The Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) is responsible for the recording and safekeeping of the corresponding register of birth, marriage, and death, court decrees and other legal instruments affecting the civil status of a person within the city pursuant to the Civil Registry Law.
Mandate
Every Birth, Death, Marriage that occurred in the City of Muntinlupa, and any modification thereof is authentically registered and recorded.
