Permit issued prior to usage / occupancy of the structure
Requirements
- Duly accomplished Certificate of Completion, signed by owner / applicant, signed and sealed by respective architect / engineers, Forms are available at the Office of the Building Official.
- Photocopy of all Approved Permit Application Forms (Back & Front)
- Copy of Approved Construction Plans / Blueprints
- As-built Construction Plans (A3 Size), duly signed by owner / applicant, duly signed / sealed by respective professionals
- Photocopy of updated PTR / PRC and Accredited Professional Organization ID
- Photocopy of valid ID of owner (Preferably Government Issued ID)
- Notarized Authorization Letter to transact in behalf of the owner
- Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) from Alabang Fire Department
- Photocopy of Construction Business Permit (Contractor’s Tax) or Certification for Completion (For Non-Contractor) from BPLO
- Logbook with Daily Construction Works / Activities
- Pictures of Site /Project showing substantial completion, Front view, Rear view, Left Side, Right Side, Interior
- (1) Long Folder (White)

14. Contract of Lease (If Property is Not Owned)
15. Notarized Affidavit of Change Engineers / Professionals
16. PDF Copy of Approved Permit Forms and Construction Plans; Calculations and Certifications in CD / DVD / USB
17. Photocopy of Certificate of Occupancy of Building (For Tenant) from Building Administrator
18. Certificate of No Improvement (For Move-In) from Building Administrator
19. Photocopy of Certificate of Operation for All Mechanical Equipment (For Tenant)
20. Certificate of Structural Stability (By Structural Engineer)
21. Certificate of Electrical Safety (By Professional Electrical Engineer)
22. Certificate of Mechanical Safety (By Professional Mechanical Engineer)
NOTE: The Structural Engineer/Professional Electrical Engineer who will sign and seal Plans and Calculations should be the same
