Despite the recent promulgation of a long-standing case, Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon remains firmly at the helm—focused, steady, and undeterred in fulfilling his recently renewed mandate. His legal team has affirmed that the verdict does not impact his current position as mayor, and that governance will continue with the same integrity and resolve that has marked his leadership since day one. “This is not the end—it’s the beginning of a renewed push for deeper, more inclusive public service,” said a senior official from his camp.
True to that commitment, Mayor Biazon has launched Ride Med—a free transport program for senior citizens needing assistance in accessing medical appointments. This is the first among a series of upcoming sector-based initiatives designed to directly respond to the everyday needs of Muntinlupeños. From seniors and solo parents to youth, workers, PWDs, and small entrepreneurs, each program under this banner aims to deliver services that are timely, meaningful, and grounded in empathy.
“Public service should not be derailed by noise or distraction,” said Mayor Biazon. “My commitment to Muntinlupeños stands firm—a city led with compassion, guided by vision, and focused on real solutions.” In the coming weeks, more community-centered programs will be unveiled, signaling that in Muntinlupa, progress doesn’t pause. It accelerates—with the people at the heart of every step forward.
