Autobiography

Arlene Domingo Hilapo was born on January 24, 1977 at Alabang, Muntinlupa. She had her early education at Alabang Elementary School and secondary at San Roque Catholic School. She took up BS Industrial Engineering at Adamson University.

She is the Manager at Arliejay Garment from 1998 up to present. She also worked as the Market Administrator MCPM from 2014-2015 and headed programs and projects for GAD from 2015-2018. She was elected as Barangay Kagawad last 2007-2010 and became a City Councilor for Muntinlupa, District 2 from 2019 up to present.

She was the Chairman of Gender and Development, Chairman of Tourism Culture and Foreign Relations, Vice Chair for Engineering Public Works and Infrastructures and Vice Chair for Personnel Administration. Also, she was a regular Member of Rules Ethics and Privileges, Environment, Natural and Aquatic Resources Fisheries and Agriculture, Labor and Employment, Land Use and Zoning, Veterans Retirees Elderly, Blue Ribbon Committee, Climate Change Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, Social Services and Development, and Barangay Affairs. She also spearheaded projects and services like Medical Assistance, Burial Assistance, Educational Assistance, Guarantee Letter, Halaman ni Arlene, Washable Facemasks, 3000 Pneumonia Vaccine for Senior Citizens and Solar Lights Install.
