Monday Motivation

𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

As long as we are in public service, trabaho nating pagaanin ang transaction ng ating constituents with the city government. And we can make it easier for them by making it difficult for us to make mistakes.

Pero paano ba natin ito gagawin?

First, 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀. Sila dapat ang nangunguna sa ating pagkalinga.

Second, 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱. Ilagay natin ang sarili natin sa kalagayan ng ating mga kababayan in order for us to know kung ano ang kinakailangan nila.

Third, 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 para mas madali nating mai-handle ang kanilang concerns. Lagi nating sundin ang mga proseso at patakaran.

And lastly, 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. Mag-isip tayo ng mga workaround para makapagserbisyo basta huwag balewalain ang guidelines and procedures.

Let us treat our constituents right. That way, we can make it difficult for us to make mistakes, and at the same time, makakapagdeliver tayo ng fast, responsive, efficient, and effective services with a smile.
